As a world-renowned mark of excellence which has been on-going for the last 19 years, the award is open to both residential and commercial properties from around the globe to mark one of the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry. Through this competition, LIAS aims to generate awareness and recognition of outstanding project and the works of landscape contractors, designers and other related practitioners on both interior and exterior landscape. Under the Maintenance category, submissions are judged by a professional panel of judges based on the stringent criteria of overall appearance of the project, condition of plant materials/plant beds, Arboriculture practices, Neatness and Cleaniness of site, degree/challenges to maintain as well as general conditions of lawn areas. This competition conceived sets benchmarks on the quality and excellence of work expected of landscape and related practitioners in Singapore.
