Treetops Cares– Our Commitment to Enhanced Hygiene & Safe Practices 

The safety and well-being of our guests, employees and partners are of top priority to us at Treetops Executive Residences. As we welcome you back to our residences, we have complied with the local Governments’ advisories as well as the National Environment Agency’s Sanitation and Hygiene advisory for Hotel Operators.

Treetops is also officially certified as an SG Clean Property by the Singapore Government, complying with stringent safety and hygiene requirements.

Our fully furnished apartments are already designed to allow in-unit living in a safe environment, to optimise the ability to work or learn from home, and cook from the comforts of the individual apartments, without the need to step out. With these enhanced hygiene and safety standards, we hope to afford you more confidence during your stay and a greater peace of mind.


We Are Up-keeping High Standards of Cleaning throughout the Residences


  • Increased sanitisation of public areas and apartments within the serviced residences, high touch points such as counter tops, lift buttons, and door handles are sanitized with disinfectants frequently. Public facilities such as bathrooms are cleaned and disinfected frequently. Disinfectants used are in compliance with NEA’s standards.

  • Hand sanitiser dispensers are available at all guest lift lobbies within Treetops.

  • Apartments are disinfected after each check-out, and kept empty with a minimal of 48Hrs interval before the next guest check-in.

  • All linen are washed and treated at high temperatures.

Commitments to Our Guests


  • Guests will be requested to fill in health and travel declaration forms during check-in.

  • Face masks and hand sanitisers are available for guests to use at the guest services counter.

  • All incoming luggage can be sprayed with disinfectant upon request.

  • Temperature screening and hand sanitizers are available at the entrance of our Sunbird café during breakfast hours. Guests with a temperature of 37.5°C and above or with respiratory symptoms will be denied access.

  • Buffet set-ups are reorganised to comply with regulatory standards, and to provide take-away options as an alternative to existing breakfast offerings.

  • Guest laundry is returned with individual packaging to ensure high hygiene standards

  • Dedicated room within property for health emergency usage.

  • To minimise contact and risk of cross-contamination, and in compliance with the current crowd control regulations, the gym, outdoor swimming pool, tennis court and children’s playground will require pre-registration with our Guest Services prior to guest entry. Outdoor BBQ pits are currently not available for booking.

Physical Distancing During This Period


  • There is limit to the number of guests in high touch zones such as guest services counters, main lobby, lifts and other shared facilities.

  • Floor markers are placed as a visual guide for guests to follow

  • Rearrangement of furniture in lobby area and other interaction points to allow safe distancing and to facilitate a smoother flow of traffic.

Commitments to our Team & Partners


  • Temperature screening is conducted at our entrances, for all visitors, suppliers and employees. We are also monitoring the temperature of our employees twice a day. Individuals with a temperature of 37.5°C and above will be denied access.

  • Visitors, suppliers and employees with fever or respiratory symptoms will be denied entry and asked to seek medical advice immediately. The serviced residences has medical referral contacts readily available for guests, visitors and employees who are unwell.

  • All our partners and suppliers are requested to perform travel and health declarations prior to entry into Treetops premises.

  • SafeEntry digital check-in and check-out  system  is in place at Treetops’ entrance for contact tracing. All visitors and employees are required to check-in and out as they enter and leave the Treetops premises.

  • Our team members are trained on hygiene and sanitation protocols, and are equipped with personal protective equipment  (PPE) such as face masks, gloves and sanitisers, according to specific job requirements.

  • Team members are required to practice strict personal hygiene and safety precautions at work.
